不能打開 flash 文件

為何使用 Flash MX 打開 .fla 文件時，會顯示「檔案格式錯誤」？


「檔案格式錯誤」，其實是指你的 Flash 版本不支援打開該 fla 文件。

可以嘗試使用 FLAver (FLA Version Checker and Launcher) 檢查 fla 的版本。




安裝後當你使用 FLAver 開啟 fla 檔案時，如果你的電腦內己安裝足以支援打開該 fla 文件的 Flash，它便會自動打開以供修改。


但例如你的電腦內未安裝足以支援打開該 fla 文本的 Flash，便會顯示類似以下訊息：

「No installed copy of Flash can open version 9 FLA files」，是指該 fla 文件需要用支援 Flash 9 的程式 (如：Flash CS3)

The coming CRE and BLT will be held on 11 and 18 June 2011 in Hong Kong.

2.    The application period for the coming CRE and BLT will be from 1 to 14 April 2011.  Applicants may choose to take any of the CRE papers and / or the BLT paper in this examination.  The application details and on-line application facilities will be available on CSB homepage (under the “Recruitment” section) at www.csb.gov.hk during the application period.

3.    You may also wish to note that another round of the CRE and BLT will be held in late 2011.  For the convenience of those studying or residing outside Hong Kong, this round of examination will also be held in some other cities.  The examination is tentatively scheduled for 8 and 15 October 2011 in Hong Kong, and 10 December 2011 in non-local cities. 


Requirement in Aptitude Test paper

4.    In addition to the requisite results in the Use of English (UE) and Use of Chinese (UC) papers, applicants for some degree or professional grades are also required to obtain a Pass in the Aptitude Test (AT) paper.  A list of civil service grades which require Level 2 or Level 1 in the two language papers and those which also require a Pass in the AT paper for appointment is available on the CSB homepage.

反查輸入字根

問：有沒有方法打一個字便可以查出倉頡碼？

答：可以使用「反查輸入字根」

例如我希望使用速成來查出倉頡字根，可以...

1. 先到修改輸入法的版面

2. 選擇速成輸入法，並點一下「內容」

3. 在「反查輸入字根」選擇「倉頡」

 

B. Windows XP

1. 先到修改輸入法的版面

 2. 選擇速成輸入法，並點一下「屬性」

 3. 在「查詢組字字根」選擇「倉頡」

為何我的 Lotus Notes 的簽名檔不見了？

問：為何有時我會發現我在 LN 的 Signature 不會自動出現？

答：

a. 請先檢查你是否已經設定了自動插入簽名。

步驟：
1. 打開你的 nsf 文件，然後點一下「Tools」的「Preferences」

2.在「Signature」中查看是否已選擇「Automatically append a signature to the bottom of my outgoing mail messages」

b. 如果已經設定為自動插入簽名，可以嘗試自行手動插入簽名檔以測試簽名檔有没有問題


步驟：
1. 在「New Memo」中，點一下「Tools」的「Insert Signature...」

2. 再點選「OK」便會成功手動插入簽名。

c. 另外也有可能是因為 Archive 的問題。

請留意在「Archive」內編寫郵件，簽名檔也有可能不會自動被插入，此時請在「Archive」中點一下「Tools」的「Insert Signature...」

然後再設定好該「Archive」的簽名檔設定。

為何 windows 右下角的時間會顯示日期

問：
A single time usually displyays at the right hand down corner of my PC.

But it suddenly displays the day, date & time and occupies 2 lines in the bar.






Please advise how to set it to show a single time only.





答：

這可能是因為你的工具列的高度不同而導致你以前只能在視窗右下方看見時間，而現在卻可以同時看到日期及星期。

如果你希望只顯示時間，可將工具列的高度減少至合適的大小。

假若未能調整高度，可能是因為你鎖定了工具列，解除鎖定如下：

在工具列的空白位置按右鍵，然後不要勾選「鎖定工具列」。
