職業治療助理員(製衣)
在職公務員現可申請轉任懲教署職業治療助理員( 製衣) 。
薪級表
2. 職業治療助理員( 製衣) 的薪級表為總薪級表第7 點(每月1 3 , 1 9 5 元) 至
總薪級表第15 點註1 (每月2 0 , 9 5 0 元)。獲取錄人員的薪酬及增薪日期將依
照《公務員事務規例》第130 及133 條的規定訂定, 並會載列於聘書上。
入職條件
3. 申請人必須符合以下條件:
(a) 完成製衣的學徒訓練或課程註2,或能出示證明,顯示在一般製衣知
識和技術方面具備五年工作經驗註3;
(b) 中、英文語文能力相當於中三程度; 及能操流利粵語及簡單英語;
以及
(c) 須接受及通過技能測驗註4。
永久性居民身份
4. 申請人於獲聘時必須是香港特別行政區永久性居民。在
一九九七年七月一日之前初次按公務員聘用條款受聘而其服務並無中斷
的在職公務員, 則屬例外。
註1 頂薪點的資料只供參考, 該項資料日後或會作出更改。
註2 持有本港以外學府/ 非香港考試及評核局頒授學歷的人士亦可申請,惟其學歷必須經
過評審以確定是否與職位所要求的本地學歷水平相若。有關申請人須郵寄修業成績副
本及證書副本到下列第8 段所述地址,並註明申請人的香港永久性居民身份證號碼及
網上申請編號(如適用) 。至於本地學歷, 申請人在現階段毋須附上證明文件副本。
註3 申請人須在申請表格內清楚列明所須的工作經驗。
註 4 如果符合訂明入職條件的應徵者人數眾多, 招聘部門可以訂立篩選準則, 甄選條件較
佳的應徵者, 以便進一步處理。在此情況下, 只有獲篩選的應徵者會獲邀參加技能測
驗。只有通過技能測驗的申請人才會獲考慮聘任。

職責
5. 職業治療助理員( 製衣) 的主要職責是指導殘疾及/ 或精神病人從事
製衣行業; 以及進行社交、教育和康樂活動。
( 註: 須受《監獄條例》約束、穿著制服, 或須輪班當值。)

6 . 申請人如獲錄用, 將按個別情況以試任條款或試用條款受聘。
( 註: 入職薪酬, 聘用條款及服務條件應以發出聘書時的規定為準。)
《基本法》知識評核
7. 為提高大眾對《基本法》的認知和在社區推廣學習《基本法》的風
氣, 所有公務員職位的招聘, 均會包括《基本法》知識的評核。獲邀參
加遴選面試的申請人, 其對基本法的認識會在面試中以口頭提問形式被
評核。除非兩位申請人的整體表現相若, 招聘當局才會參考申請人在基
本法知識測試中的表現。
申請手續
8. 申請人須以通用表格第340 號(Rev. 3/2008) 提出申請, 申請書須於
二零一零年十二月二十三日或之前送達香港灣仔港灣道十二號灣仔政府大
樓二十三樓懲教署總部聘任分組( 郵寄的申請表, 以香港郵戳日期為
準) 。請於信封面註明「申請職業治療助理員( 製衣) 職位」。申請人亦可
透過公務員事務局互聯網站(ht t p : / / w w w . c s b . g o v . h k ) 作網上申請。以傳真或
電郵方式提交的申請書將不獲處理。申請人如獲選參加技能測驗, 通常
會在截止申請日期後兩個月內接到通知註5。如有查詢, 請致電2 5 8 2 5 1 1 2

註5 政府的政策, 是盡可能安排殘疾人士擔任適合的職位。殘疾人士申請職位, 如其符合入
職條件, 毋須再經篩選, 便會獲邀參加技能測驗。

Occupational Therapy Assistant (Garment)

Applications are invited from serving civil servants for appointment as Occupational Therapy
Assistant (Garment) in the Correctional Services Department.
Pay Scale
2. The pay scale of Occupational Therapy Assistant (Garment) is from Master Pay Scale Point 7
($13,195) to Master Pay Scale Point 15 Note 1 ($20,950) per month. The pay and incremental date for a
successful candidate will be determined in accordance with the provisions of Civil Service Regulations
130 and 133 and as set out in the letter of appointment.
Entry Requirements
3. Candidates should -
(a) have completed an apprenticeship or a course of study Note 2 in garment ; or be able to
furnish evidence that they have had 5 years’ working experience in the garment trade
(general knowledge and techniques) Note 3 ;
(b) have attained a level of proficiency in Chinese and English Languages equivalent to
Form 3 standard; and be able to speak fluent Cantonese and simple English; and
(c) undergo and pass a trade test Note 4 .
Permanent Residency Requirement
4. Candidates must be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region at
the time of appointment unless they were first appointed on civil service terms of appointment before
1 July 1997 and have continued in service without a break.

Note 2 Holders of academic qualifications other than those obtained from Hong Kong institutions/Hong Kong
Examinations and Assessment Authority may also apply but their qualifications will be subject to assessments on
equivalence with the required entry qualifications. They should submit copies of their official transcripts and
certificates by mail to the address as specified in para. 8 below, with specification of their Hong Kong Permanent
Identity Card numbers and online application numbers, if applicable. Copies of local qualification documents
are not required at this stage of application.
Note 3 Candidates should specify clearly the requisite working experience in the application forms.
Note 4 Where a large number of candidates meet the specified entry requirements, the recruiting department may devise
shortlisting criteria to select the better qualified candidates for further processing. In these circumstances, only
shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend the trade test. Only those candidates who have passed the trade test
will be considered for appointment.
Duties
5. An Occupational Therapy Assistant (Garment) is mainly deployed on instructing physically
disabled and/or mental patients in the garment trade; and conducting social, educational and recreational
activities.
(Note : Subject to the provisions of the Prisons Ordinance; required to wear uniform; and may be required to
work shifts.)
Terms of Appointment
6. Successful candidates will be offered appointment either on trial or on probationary terms as
appropriate.
(Note : The entry pay, terms of appointment and conditions of service to be offered are subject to the provisions
prevailing at the time the offer of appointment is made.)
Basic Law Knowledge Assessment
7. For the purpose of heightening public awareness of the Basic Law (BL) and promoting a
culture of learning of BL in the community, assessment of BL knowledge will be included in the
recruitment for all civil service jobs. Candidates who are invited to attend the recruitment interview will
be tested orally on their BL knowledge during recruitment interview. The results of BL assessment will
be taken into account only if two candidates are considered equal in all other aspects.

8. Applications on G.F. 340 (Rev. 3/2008) should reach the Appointments Unit, Correctional
Services Department Headquarters, 23/F, Wanchai Tower, 12 Harbour Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong not
later than 23 December 2010 (according to the dates of postmarks for submissions by post). Please
state “Application for the post of Occupational Therapy Assistant (Garment)” on the envelope. Online
applications can also be made through Civil Service Bureau’s website (http://www.csb.gov.hk).
Applications submitted by fax or e-mail will not be accepted. Candidates who are selected for the trade
test will normally receive an invitation within two months from the closing date for application Note 5. For
